We're not hiring yet — but we're keeping a list

Get in early, before the roles exist.

Lumo is a small team building the marketing hire that small teams could never afford. We're pre-launch, deliberately tiny, and not ready to open roles. But the people we'll want first are usually the ones who reached out before we were ready.

What we're building

An AI marketing hire, not another dashboard.

Most tools hand you more work dressed up as features. Lumo does the opposite: it studies a brand, drafts the week, and waits for a yes. Nothing ships without approval. The bet is that small teams don't want software to operate — they want an outcome, on brand, every week, without hiring.

Getting there means a rare mix of craft: product and design that feels considered, AI systems that actually sound like the customer, and go-to-market that reaches founders who are drowning in exactly this problem. We care as much about the comma in a caption as the model behind it.

How we work

A small team, on purpose.

01

Taste is a requirement

We sweat brand, copy, and interface detail. If "good enough" makes you itch, you'll fit in here.

02

Own the outcome

Small team, real ownership. You'll ship things end to end and see them land with customers within the week.

03

Close to the customer

Everyone talks to users. The best product decisions we've made came straight out of those conversations.

04

Async, low-ceremony

Fewer meetings, clearer writing, focused time. We optimise for momentum, not motion.

Where we'll grow

The kinds of people we'll want first.

Nothing here is an open role yet — it's a map of where we're likely to grow as we approach launch and beyond. If one of these sounds like you, that's exactly the note we want in the inbox.

Reach out before the posting does.

Tell us who you are, what you'd love to work on, and where you'd add something we don't have yet. When roles open, this list is the first place we look.
